Shipping Address

Please make sure that the address is correct - this is the target address.
Packages returned to us, due to a wrong address (or no claim) will be reshipped with additional shipping costs.

If you change your address before getting your shipping notice - please make sure to update us. If you change the address after shipping notice, please make sure someone at the old address will pick up the package.
We cannot be responsible for lost packages due to address change.

If shipping is done to your work space, hotel or any other public location - Although we will do our best to assist, we cannot be responsible for any delay or lost packages.

Shipping Information

All items will be ship with a tracking number, by International insured Registered Air mail, by default.

Processing time will begin after the payment has been fully received. Items are normally shipped out within 1-5 days of payment.

Check the shop policies for estimated shipping time according to your location. Listed ship times are only estimates and not guaranteed, all highly depended on postal services / local customs.

For expedited shipping: You can upgrade to express shipping service, which takes 3-8 business days at additional cost.
Shipping upgrades are available for selection in your shopping cart.

Unless item arrived damaged - buyer is responsible for returning items in their original condition and all return shipping costs.

Custom or personalized orders can’t be returned because of the nature of these items.
However, if such an Item arrived damaged or defective, please contact me within 24 hours of arrival and I will accept its return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sizing details

Most of my items are made from elastic fabrics so they can fit wide size range, therefore selecting the size also depends on how you like the garment to be stretched on your body. You can find specific information on sizing and fabrics attributes in each listing.

Care instructions

Hand wash / cold water [maximum 30 degrees Celsius / 86 degrees Fahrenheit], turn the cloth inside-out when washing.
DO NOT USE DRYING MACHINE! It would shrink and damage the fabric.
